Rosa joined Susquehanna Asia VC at the start of 2024 and she’s based in Jakarta. Rosa has 10 years’ experience in Indonesia’s PE/VC investment landscape, as well as in strategy and operations. She began her career in Principia and Equis Funds Group, where she worked on a variety of greenfield and brownfield projects of various sectors; coal transport modes, power plants & infrastructure, agriculture & horticulture, consumer, hotels & hospitality. Rosa subsequently led an early-stage VC fund where she covered various tech sectors: health tech, investment tech, edutech, web3, and many others.
Rosa has a Bachelor of Economics degree (double major) in Economics and Industrial Relations & Human Resources Management from University of Sydney. During her undergrad years, Rosa secured an exchange scholarship program to Boston University, as well completing an orphanages’ volunteer project in East Africa, before ultimately carrying out a summer program in Morgan Stanley.
