Richard has been working for SIG since the inception of the Southeast Asia investments in 2015. Prior to joining SIG in 2015, Richard spent 15 years in Intel Capital, the venture capital arm of Intel Corporation.
He has over 10 years of investing experience in China and was in charge of the Intel China investments team from 2009-2015. In addition, Richard has extensive experience in venture capital in Silicon Valley where he was based from 2000-2004 prior to relocating to China.
He began his career as an auditor at Deloitte & Touche, and received his BA from Pomona College in Claremont and his MBA from University of Chicago.
